    OCCUPIED: 

    The Boy Scouts of America have occupied this property since the 1950's. Currently utilized as both a regional Southern California retail outlet, and as a local Scout office administrative HQ, this property continues to serve the Owners. Due to a court order as a result of National BSA Bankruptcy, the current Owner is divesting this property in order to comply. Owner is open to a short-term occupancy or lease back, while the property matures with new ownerships' potential.  The Owner is willing to vacate upon 90 days of close of escrow to accommodate the new ownership.
