Founder and President of Davco Realty Advisors, a fully integrated realty advisory company, advising clients through knowledge, experience, and empowering clientele towards through strategic facility decisions, throughout Southern California’s commercial real estate submarkets! His portfolio of sales/listings includes more than 75 commercial properties, exceeding over $500 million dollars, representing more than 3.7 million square feet.
Upon graduating from CSULB's Business School with emphasis in Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, and competing in NCAA sports, David immediately entered his commercial real estate endeavors. His extensive track record includes senior leadership positions in top-performing full service brokerage firms including Grubb & Ellis, Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers, serving as Managing Director & Partner, and Senior VP respectively. Eventually evolving into his own unique 'hands-on' business model, his extensive knowledge and experience through several business cycles has helped empowering clientele towards strategic facility decisions.

David resides in the Seacliff area of Huntington Beach with his wife Larissa, and 4 children. He prides himself in community involvement participating in competitive soccer coaching youth sports, and participation in philanthropic endeavors including the Long Beach Rescue Mission, Legal Aid Society, BRAIN, and support of local sports and theatrical programs such as APA.
